Well y if I could correct you, you didn't exactly say that.
What you said was Emily is Jewish and she ought to be subject to some kind of moral negative moral evaluation.
She may be Jewish, that may be true.
And uh moreover, you know, she may be morally reprehensible.
Those both may be perfectly true.
So I don't think that would be my thesis.
My thesis would be that Emily is a kike is false because there are no such things as kaikes and hence she could not be one of them because no one, including her, ought to be subject to uh negative moral evaluation just because of being Jewish.
So your what you gave was not ca was not didn't give the causal relationship that's significant to the formulation.

This it's uh I think important.
People are deserving of negative moral evaluation for all sorts of reasons.
Okay?
So one distinguish between just because they're a member of a group and accepting the ideology or committing particular acts which are required to either become a member of the group or remain a member of the group.
So I may join a group.
Part of joining that is that I take on certain I may join the Ku Klux Klan, for example.
And be in virtue of joining that I take on morally reprehensible attitudes and beliefs.
And I, in taking those on, I do believe, I shouldn't say I, someone, that person should and be and does deserve and ought to be negatively morally evaluated because of their particular beliefs and attitudes.
But not just because they're a member of a group.
It's like being a member of a set.
There's nothing morally evaluable in being just whether you're a member or not.
