Um, because there's a lot of people that do what I do that that are just looking for quick money.
You know, they're there, I the rear end cases, the cases where the insurance company is gonna say, here's what we'll offer you, and they say they push in the client to take it.
And I don't do that, right?
I wanna know what's going on in this case and do I believe in the case?
Because if I can believe in the case, I think I can convince 12 people on a jury to believe in the case.
But if I don't believe in it, it's gonna be hard for me to sell it to a jury.

I wanna say probably sixty to seventy percent of cases.
I probably file more than than a s average law firm.
And some of the clients that end up in our firm are are referrals from um either uh medical providers or doctor or other lawyers.
Yeah.
Um so we probably file a little bit more.
Yeah, yeah, definitely.
You know, I I'll I'm not scared to file a lawsuit.
So you like the battle.
I like the battle, you know, and and so I would say probably sixty to seventy percent get filed, and I would say ninety percent of them ultimately get resolved uh at some point during litigation before you actually go to trial.
Yeah, yeah.
And I think that's one of the misnomers is that people are like, Well, I wanna go to trial.
It's like okay, filing a lawsuit
