It's a company that does $90 billion a year in sales.
And as we engaged with them to grow and build their franchise offering, they said, well, everybody should do everything we tell them to because we're company X.
certainly not to embarrass them.
But what ended up happening is that they began to develop their franchise organization.
They became very frustrated with that franchise organization and now have made the decision to exit franchising, and they're about 30 units now sitting there.
The failure point was not the opportunity, the offering, the business strategy, the execution, the training, the infrastructure.

In many cases, by the way, it's not.
But they think that this is a get rich quick, slap up on the back, smile at them, do the deal, take the cash kind of business.
And, you know, while I'm ashamed to acknowledge that there was probably a time 50 years ago that might have worked, it's not today.
And so, you know, we certainly believe that the company has to resource.
But candidly, you know, we've got to see a business model that works.
We've got to see a unique value proposition.
