Well, Facebook is obviously an important part of the social media mix, but you've got to be looking at what's next, and I think
Most of us that have at least a little bit of an ear towards social media understand with younger people in particular, there's a little bit more movement away from just Facebook.
So we see all kinds of technology.
We use a lot of CRM platforms.
We certainly use technology in almost every aspect of our business, becoming a bigger and bigger factor.
And I guess maybe I marvel at that a little bit because I started in this business with yellow pads and ink pens.
Some other things that we see, we believe the industry is going to become increasingly more regulated.
And I'm sure as you've had any number of attorneys as guests, you mentioned my friends over at Chang Cohen, absolutely a wonderful law firm.

I can see probably by the time my career ends in 15 or 20 years that we will be regulated as
as salespeople in a way that's more aligned with the way that folks that work in the securities industry are.
There will be a much higher educational requirement.
I think the IFA has done a great job of stepping up to provide programs that can better educate the development professional and, of course, franchise executives broadly.
But you see regulation becoming a bigger factor.
