Is that the world's peoples or the world's nations or s or something will recognize that this technology, and I don't know if he used the word threat, he obviously sees a great upside to it, but the idea was: my hope is that they will understand uh with sufficient clarity that it imposes a common challenge to all of them, that it is in their interest.
To get together and confront it and govern it together.
He may he may not have used those words at all, but that's very much in the spirit of what he said.
