I think the key is almost what's happening in the dressing room.
I think behind all the speculation, all the media, all the pundits telling you that you're going to go down, I think you've got a strong direction of the work that you're doing and the players, they're starting to believe in performances that you can get very, very close.

The 3-4-3, in a way, it stretched the games for us.
It allowed us to have a lot of 1v1 situations.
The key position almost becomes the wing-back.
It's at that point that we got a specialist playing those positions, Emerson Voice and Jean-Bou Sejour, a player that he wasn't playing at Birmingham.
