And so I can help take people on a journey, you know, like one of the pillars of in in the lead to last framework, for example, is um is clarity of self.
Yeah.
And um, you know, one of the things there that I think a lot of a lot of us, period, uh whether you're a business owner, a leader, uh uh in an organization or a leader of a family, is um we lose sight of uh who we are.
So I identity is a big part of that.
that we go through uh what we believe about ourselves.
You know, a lot of us have limiting beliefs.
I'm one of those.
That's where I came from.

My personal uh testimony is that I had uh I struggled with self-doubt and uncertainty.
And so it was hard for me, like you know, where that showed up in business, for example.
Um, because a lot of t I didn't even realize if you asked me that question sometimes I wouldn't have
Answered it that way.
But looking back, I realized I I I certainly did.
You know, like I I like I didn't have clear values, for example, if for our company.
A lot of times when I when I had some of the mistakes that I made when I hired people, and this is the whole idea of crawling and falling and and and and walking that you are talking about, is I I hired a manager, for example, and I was allowing them to come in.
