I had the goal of, you know, a lot of the things that I was going after were things that would that would that were for me.

Right.

But I think you grow as you grow.

And so uh John Maxwell, your your your mentor, my mentor, um uh uh talks about going from success to significance.

I think there is a process there that yes, we you know, um go after success.

And I think after we achieve success or some degree of it, right?

It all depends on what your definition of success is.

But after you have achieved, you get to now get to that next level, which is

How can I serve others?

What am I doing to make an impact?

Right.

So I think it is the i i you grow in stages and um

And so maybe I didn't start there.

And so the person that I serve is has already maybe uh built some so a a successful business somewhat.

And they get to realize that um a lot of what a lot of their business um is still dependent on them.

And so I come beside and help them now to put some of these things into place.

Um, and so yeah, that that's some of the distinction there.

Yes, it's so true.

And yeah, you know, and so um what I do is help people go through that process.

You know, a lot of times you can look back and recognize some of the things that worked and the journey that you took.
