But I now recognize and a lot of what I have gone through and a lot of what I have learned, I now actually help people to go through as well.

Right.

And so this lead-to-last framework helps people to develop clarity and focus and and and grow as leaders and to develop the resilience that they need in order to build lives and businesses that last.

In a nutshell.

Man, that's such a good question.

So for me, you know, what I refer to, I you know, you've heard have you heard the the the the the concept?

I heard it from Rory Vaden.

I don't know that he originated this um thought, but he certainly is known for saying it, is that you are most powerfully equipped to serve the person you once were.

And so that's that's one of the things that I wanted to do with my business, still do today, is for it to be more than just about the numbers.

But for it to be about making an impact, making a difference.

And so I found that the people that I best serve are those who are interested in more than just the numbers.

They're also interested in making a difference, making an impact, um, serving their community.

Um, uh they're they're more concerned with uh you know developing people than using people.

Um they're they're the so they ha their the uh the underlying thing there is that they want to make a difference and make an impact.

Yes, that's so good.

I love it.

And that's a I agree with you because I think it is a process, you know.

I think I like I grew into that.

I I did start out like, you know, wanting I mean my my my goals were for Robin and family, you know, like I had the goal of paying off my mortgage.

I had the goal of owning a boat.
