And so that word creature is no more relevant than today, I reckon.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And I actually think that's utterly false.
I've not met a woman who thinks like that or feels like that.
In recent times, a number of the roles that I've played that have been absolutely my age,
The women respond to it so positively simply because you're showing me me.
Yeah.
You're not showing me a me that I can never be.
Like, I can't.
But.
And so it's not aspirational at all.
They call it aspirational casting, but it's not that.
And that's not the point of the storytelling that I do or any of the people that I respect do because it's about reflecting back to people their journeys so that you can have a connection with it and, you know, I don't know, learn something about yourself or whatever.
So the idea of, well, A, for me trying to pretend I'm something I'm not,
other than a completely different character.
I realise how mental that sounded.
Yeah, I know.
I'm like, oh, she's acting.
No, but I get it.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
