So I think we need not just money, I think we need a bridging mentality of how to have short-term lettings to keep buildings and uses alive in buildings, if you know what I mean.

So if a space is there, like Ivy Markets in particular, I mean, it's one of the saddest ones we have in the city where it's locked in some high court battle to do with a planning contract.

And that was one of the most important market sites in the building.

So I think it's money, but it's also that thing where we have to collect the derelict taxes as well.

Well, that was a huge problem, isn't it?

And I think that one of the things you were talking about as well is the way you were talking about the buildings, I think is an important way to talk about these buildings too, of their functions, rather than just a derelict site.

So I think we can do an awful lot of lists of derelict sites in this space in Ireland, but it's a cinema, it's a bus shop, it's a pub.

There are buildings that have been allowed to just become derelict.

They're also part of the city that's allowed.

If you think about the loss of a cinema in the town,

And so what Killian and his wife, Yvonne, are doing will bring so much life back into that area.

You know what I mean?

So I think we so people look at it in terms, you know, when they're talking about even rejuvenating or refurbishing them, you're also bringing business back in.

You're bringing you're reducing crime rates.

So there's a whole holistic thing about keeping proper.

you know, life in the city centres and town centres all around.

So it's not just, you know, the way at the moment we're tending to be very balanced sheets about dereliction.
