Yeah, we, uh, I, uh, I've got to own that one.
Uh, I just think that, uh,
And defensively, the old Razorbacks reverted back to what they were early in the season as opposed to what they were during their Southeastern Conference tournament run.
So, yeah, I was a little disappointed with that one.
I have never seen it or even heard that before.
However, the first thing that came to my mind was they're going to play the old β
adult rec league okey-doke where the guy would run off the bench when the pass got thrown he'd run in there and block the shot that would have been great that was the first thing that came to my mind i thought no it was a 30 second timeout and obviously one of these kids that was supposed to have either checked into the game or stay into the game and not get checked out of the game yeah
didn't make it.
And, you know, I tell you what, Joey, that's really easy to happen because I think a lot of times what happens is in a 30-second timeout you're standing, in a full timeout you're seated, and everybody knows who's in the game.
In a 30-second timeout, you know, you're making adjustments.
You may be trying to get a guy in the game, but then there's only a 15-second window to where your sub has to get up, get checked in, and get back into the huddle
And a lot of times, you know, as a coach, you'll tell a young man, hey, you're in, let's go.
And he just jumps up and gets in the huddle and he forgets to check in.
So then when, you know, they walk out there, you know, you can't come in the game.
You never checked in.
You know, I think that it got caught up in that whole narrative of, you know, it's a Sweet 16 game.
There's a lot of pressure.
You know, I don't want to screw this up.
And I think whoever β
that young man was that was supposed to be checking in the game or be in the game at that time.
