Being transparent about it is something that I think is important in a franchise culture because, you know, Tony Martino, who's the guy who taught me most of what I learned about franchising, said franchising is easy.
Just make sure your franchisees make money.
One would think, but, you know, the culture for a long time was build sales regardless of what the profits were because you got more royalty, and that's not really, you know, that's not a good way to look at things.
