That's his management team.
And when I heard that culture, I said, I want that brand in our portfolio.
And you know what?
They're in our portfolio.

So I thought, what a great culture that is.
Going back, though, to you were talking about transfers.
I wanted to just add one thing.
My wife and I were Goddard franchisees for nine, ten years, almost ten years.
And we got very few calls while we were franchisees.
