But banks need to make underwriting decisions without having the time or the need to call other franchisees for P&L information, for those things.
The bank credit report translates your 400 average page document, which is the average size of an FDD.
Now, I've seen them as high as 900, by the way.

and distills it into banker ease that they can understand.
And that is something that is a tool that you need to be able to help your franchisees get access to credit, and especially first-time franchisees.
When somebody who owns four units is going to a bank, the bank has the ability to look at their four-unit performance and decide whether to lend the money on the fifth unit.
If you're in the stage of development where you are looking for money for people that are coming into your brand for the first time or you're going into new markets, to me the bank credit report is the most valuable tool out there.
