If franchisees are making money not only to pay the bank back but to feed their families, those are the systems that you're seeing access to credit ease up in because they can show an underwriter cash flow on their existing operations that facilitates growth.

Now, there are always good operators and bad systems, and those folks are also going to be getting access to credit because they're showing their cash flow.
Again, the disconnect is in Unit 1 of a young or emerging system or one that doesn't have the proper financial disclosures that a banker can actually see will occur.
