A meltdown.

So I normally, I'll just get out from work and I'll leave half day or whatever and I'll just go up to the grave and then I'll just grab a coffee and just go down to the sea and listen to some music that we used to listen to together, you know, because...

I can't listen.

It's just ruined all of my music because I can't listen to anything anymore, you know, unless I want to think about her, you know, and really kind of... Connect nearly.

so you saying I have to go here your body knows what you need it's definitely it's a mechanism to protect you because if I was to like if I was to sit with what has happened to me

all the time i i would be a shell of a person like yeah you know you can't no human can comprehend yeah that sort of pain the whole time yeah you know obviously you can't yeah so it comes like like that like every day you know you'll be hit by it and you know every day i drive by her graveyard

I drive by the grave like six, seven times a day, you know.

And, you know, sometimes I go, oh, the fucking, you know, how are you up there, you know?

And that's fine.

And then I go about the day then.

yeah but you know every few days and it just builds up and up and you really just have to let it out like you have to yeah you have to meet it head on yeah and like looking at pictures or like i have a photo of her that was used on her obituary and like i have that framed and it's in sitting room and it's a lovely photo of her but

for me I can look at that all day you know because I know she filtered it when she took it you know what I mean and she put it up on Instagram so she loved it you know but and it is her but

I know when the photos that, like, will get me, like, I'll just see some photos of, you know, that I've taken of her in the back of the camper or something like that.

And that's, they're the ones I can't look at, you know.

You know, there's photos there.

We went to, went back to Ballyseedy Castle three weeks before she went away for her anniversary.
