And this time around, like I was warming up and I was like, wait.

Colleen I'm a squad.

Like I l I couldn't even like focus.

I was like, wait, do I have to go?

Like and then you know, like uh it was it was fast, it was fast.

And I think that definitely showed in well, at least in any one twenty side, like um how a lot of people like, you know, the totals really came down.

Um, 'cause it was it was tough and the judging as well was was really, really strict.

So yeah.

Um so with the three seventy, because I jumped from three fifty, initially I was gonna go three fifty five on the second, right?

Um and the three fifty five would have been like enough to say like, okay, even if I squat three fifty five and I miss my third for whatever reason, um I'll I'll be okay.

Um but because I jumped from three fifty to three seventy, um I

I I had to dunk it.

I was like, a lot of people are getting calls here.

I was looking at like Lucas Wiseman.

I was looking at um like Etienne, a couple other guys like missing uh squats.

And I was like, I need to just like sync this shit and like make sure that this is good.

So um from my second to my third I squatted a little bit deeper, lost a little bit more tension, and I think that kinda like showed obviously in the um in the ascent.

But it w it wasn't it didn't necessarily feel like that much heavier, that much more difficult, but I was just really making sure that like it was a good lift.

Um I felt the pressure to perform at uh like at a high standard.
