How do we figure out, we keep housing affordable, we develop, you know, we've completely messed up, this messed up.
No, that wasn't the response.
It was like,
okay, how do we get back to where we were?
How do we recover the property values of those who had invested?
But then who do we use?
We use international capital.
And it was then what they have become, and it's incredible when you look at it, how we've shifted
