And that's a known phenomenon, economic model approach that these international investors use internationally.
London is one of the most famous examples where the units lie empty because actually the real income is not from rent.
it's from the increase in the asset value over time.
And what that's doing to the companies, the wealth funds, they're earning their income off that and then sell it.
The other thing is there's a loophole in the rental laws whereby if you leave your property vacant for two years, you can reset it to the market rent.
So they could also be doing that.
Many of them would leave properties lie empty and therefore they can then increase it to the rent.
So there's this kind of incentivized vacancy as well within policy.
