Not completely unexpected, but I would say that it was like a like an out unlikely outcome.
Um I think any time that you're looking at a class like this, even if there is a, you know, significant outlier, um, I don't think that anyone is ever one hundred percent guaranteed to win something, right?
Like it's sports and things happen at at any moment, right?
To have a successful day on the day that it matters, you need about a thousand things.

A handful of those start going wrong, um, then the day can go sort of, you know, sideways quite quickly.
Um, and so even when you do have a heavy favorite, that person needs to show up well peaked, and that is definitely a bit of an art.
Um uh they need to show up, you know, uh feeling strong, handling the pressure well, um, handling the timing well, which you may not be under control of.
Um, the room was really hot as well.
And you know, some people are just like not prepared for that.
I think people are getting dehydrated as the day goes on.
I I I suspect that's why a lot of people's squats went quite well, and then by deadlifts, people are, you know, missing all over the place because they're just like running out of gas, becoming dehydrated, right?
