the the gains that you get from going up a weight class aren't like automatic and magical.
They don't happen just uh like the moment that you start putting weight on.
In particular with an athlete like Carlina, um sh I think she needs to make some
ad adaptions to having a b a bigger body that might just take s a little bit of time.
Like a couple of those specifically.
Um she at seventy six her squat depth was sometimes iffy.
Does having a bigger body mean that she is going to have that problem, but even worse now that she's sort of eight kilos heavy, or you know, up up to eight kilos, she won't necessarily weigh in at a at a full eighty-four.
Um, but now that she's up to eight kilos heavier, is it does she now have that same problem, but but maybe a little bit worse, right?
