Beyond that, it is a really big step down.
Um, and so next uh I think is probably AJ Sharma.
Um uh nominated total ten thirty-two point five.
Um, you know, uh he's been hitting some decent numbers in training.
I think particularly his bench press is looking really, really good.
He's hit a two ten triple and a two twenty-five double, which I believe were actually on the same day.
Um, so that's looking uh, you know, good for possibly
Small bench PB there.
Um the numbers that I've seen from his squat and his deadlift were were were decent, but like nothing that I was looking at and sort of forecasting um major PBs there.
Um now for AJ, he has got a really, really good hit rate.
Um so again, over the last five meets, 100% hit rate on squats, 93% on bench, 87% on deadlifts.
Um
When I read that in that order, it sort of sounds a little bit like he gasses out towards the end of the day.
But um an eighty seven percent hit rate on deadlifts is still um nothing to sniff at.
That's like that's still a like a very good number there.
Um and his PR total was that was quite recent.
That was March.
So really really that was only about three months ago.
