Um like she's already hitting numbers that are like like like above that in training.
Um and doing that at you know at maintenance is gonna feel a lot better than doing that in such a like an extreme deficit.
Um so I would say that that you know
pretty pretty standard byline.
I think that um like it's Tiffany's to lose, she needs to make a bunch of attempts, right?
If she comes and if she makes six attempts, that is a very rough day and she
may not have it anymore.
But if she comes in and makes nine attempts, then I I I think she pretty much has it has it sewn up is probably what I would say here.
Look, I really want to be able to back the uh back the Commonwealth and say that um Canada is gonna have it.
Um, but like the the the really big deadlift is just is just too hard to look past, right?
Um uh Leanne, um depending on how that back tweak is going and those kinds of things are not necessarily linear, right?
Like it's an you know, it can flare up at one moment, feel good for a while, you know.
Um but assuming that she's good.
She's gonna have the last deadlift.
Um, and that is just uh like a like a powerful weapon when it comes down to to play things.
I yeah, I don't want to put too fine of a point on it, but I I just want to highlight that um Megan Lee um in the over her last five meets has made one hundred percent of squats she's made.
Uh she's attempted.
I believe she has never missed the third squat.
