And that's my family's belief.
Yeah.
So, you know, grief being that I was born into it.
And then, you know, my then when my dad passed away in 2020, it was like the most intense amount of grief.
I've lost people in my life, my grandparents.
But losing my dad was like, oh, I thought because I never knew my mom.
that I understood grief, but I only understood this version of grief where you don't know what you've lost.
And now that I've lost my grandparents, which is obviously sad, but you also have to accept at some point that you get older and you die.
So you go, well, it's sad, but that's what happens.
To lose someone unexpectedly like your dad, it was like, oh, now I'm experiencing grief.
this version of grief.
I had just also two years before that lost my best friend, uh, from college.
And, you know, that was a grief that was so shocking, because he had cancer for a few years, that I don't... I didn't even know how to fully register it and start to even break it down.
And then when my dad died, I was like, oh, man, I haven't even touched that version of grief.
