one of those yeah so and uh it's funny i remember being like they're like oh my god are you okay and like i got up i'm like you broke my podcast and i was pissed because i had the eating disorder at that time and i'm just like now i'm like great like i need my music to work out because i hated i hated working out i was doing it because i was you know yeah yeah um and then uh what was the other one there was a fourth one oh my gosh i'm gonna forget that how did you forget the fourth one give me a second i'm gonna remember i'm gonna remember at some point in the podcast um
So the almost drowning to, oh, I forget.
Oh my God.
Anyways, I'm 40.
This happened 18 years ago, 18, 20 years ago.
No, no, no, no more.
So the one, the one where I actually basically got, you know, the metal plate and I had to have surgery.
Basically what happened was at first, the first two years, I was just like obsessed.
It was vanity.
It was just like, I'm going to gain weight.
And I was just stressed about things that didn't actually really matter.
Yeah.
It wasn't what I was really upset about, but I didn't know it at the time.
Right.
So I was just really upset about I was going to get fat, basically.
That was it.
Like, you know, I was just really upset and it got me depressed.
And then, you know, I just my parents were getting divorced.
