I found out they're getting divorced while I was at the hospital.
So, you know, my whole life came crumbling down at that point.
You know, I wasn't as connected with my friends at the time, you know, because I came back.
I'd been gone for five years and just life really sucked around that time.
And no matter when I went to go work out, my body was just kept hurting me.
It kept killing.
It wasn't, it wasn't feeling the same as when I used to train as an athlete.
Uh, and so I just didn't enjoy it altogether.
And so all I could do was like stretch and like be present to the pain and just constantly adjust and ache.
Right.
But just constantly work with the pain.
Right.
And I also had this passion for the body.
So I learned a lot about the anatomy and I was stretching everything.
And long story short, basically in doing that, I started to do that.
And then all of a sudden what I realized, I didn't realize at the time, but what I was doing is regulating my nervous system and I was resetting it.
And as and as I was resetting or recalibrating my nervous system, it started to unlock incomplete emotions I had in my body that even though I had.
Right.
Like things from when I was four or 12, I was like, what the hell?
Why did I just have that experience?
