Right.
Because my mentally I'm a strong person.
So I moved on.
Right.
And we can move on mentally.
But my body cellularly had a lot of memory of trauma that I didn't even realize in the process because we're not given those tools when we're young.
Right.
And so I started to awaken all this stuff.
I'm like, what the hell is going on?
So I thought like, is something wrong with me?
You know, but once the emotions pass, I felt like 10 times better and lighter.
And then everything about life felt better.
And I was just like, what's going on?
It was almost like my body was coming back into alignment with where I was here.
And ultimately, I just felt more in alignment with who I actually really was.
And when I started to make the connection of like, holy shit, like this is what's happening.
I got obsessed with getting into my body.
Like I'm like, I'm going to heal everything.
everything i'm gonna get it all out of me because i just want to be who i really am sure you know and uh i just consciously went on this journey and it's what i do and it's a never-ending ending never-ending thing because every day you're experiencing life you're taking anything you're exchanging yeah it's like a soul shower right you constantly need to move things for so once you heal things from the past you're constantly need to move things um you know over and over again
So that's kind of the gist of the journey.
