gravitate towards they can't afford her anymore because they're broke as they've had to leave France and leave all their belongings.
And it's in Vienna that she meets the Russian ambassador, Count Andrei Razumovsky, the man who later in 1806 commissions from Beethoven the Razumovsky Quartets.
So a very cultured, flamboyant person who loved hosting a great soiree and a great party.
And through him,
She becomes really well acquainted with some of these sort of preposterously wealthy Russians who are moving around various different... Preposterously wealthy Russians?

So she undertakes this extraordinary journey over several months.
