add some additional tactics, and that has to include worksite enforcement.
We have to be going after the employers who are hiring the illegal aliens.
We have to make sure that illegal aliens cannot work in this country, because if they can work, they will stay here, they won't self-deport, and they will keep coming.
I think what happened is the Center for Immigration Studies actually several months ago came out with
uh... information that the foreign-born population in the united states had declined by about two million and basically the department of homeland security kind of took that and ran with it as these are all the deportations well we don't we don't know that that's true we know they're not formal deportations we don't actually know how many people have self-deported we know that uh... not as many as were expected have used the cbp home app and collected their

uh... and challenging what they see happening around them and you know we've got all these local officials who keep saying oh don't worry about it it's it's not a big deal you know and kind of pat us on the head and say everything's fine you know you're racist whatever no
If we see changes to our neighborhoods that we don't like, we have a right to speak up and challenge this.
Now, the problem is that the city council doesn't have a lot of control over immigration, if any at all.
The state of Texas has more, and Governor Abbott has finally agreed to investigate some H-1B abuses and stop universities, publicly funded universities, from hiring H-1Bs, as Florida did several months ago.
