He he flew to the major leagues out of the draft and uh has been successful the t entire time he's been there.

So it's uh a reliever that comes into the fold that uh will get right handed hitters out for sure.

He's not gonna back down from either side of the plate.

uh you know, has been a warrior for that team so it's a nice addition.

Yeah, you know, great story.

Spence is has been an incredible story for our scouting department, for our uh the player development group, the performance group, obviously for the major league staff.

Um, you know, really established himself as someone that could hit right handed pitching with anyone and uh similar, not uh, you know, held his own against left handed pitching, had some huge at bats for us last year and uh was a big part

of our our late season success.

So um great person, great human.

We will miss 'em.

I'll be pulling for 'em and

Uh some of the tough aspects of the job.

Yeah, very very poised.

Um he's a professional.

Uh I I think really someone who he's just locked in on baseball, answered the phone on the first ring and uh was very calm and respectful and professional.

Uh we're still communicating with him and we'll you know, have uh continued dialogue and remain fans of us.
