And yes, they had to be on site for legal terms to make a change of word.

I printed business cards like I told somebody before.

Stratton had six, 700 brokers and I printed business cards where in 1994, I think I made $125,000 just on business cards.

The pocket folder, the inserts, the brochure, the business cards, and the album.

Every phone call that was made and somebody said, here's my address, it went out.

And I'm telling you, I couldn't print fast enough.

It was crazy.

I was not in the movie.

From what I heard...

Well, everyone but from a legal perspective, only Leonardo DiCaprio played one person, Jordan.

Everyone else was a composition.

And apparently Jonah Hill was a composition of me and my dear friend Danny.

You know, I saw on the phone a guy that would have been voted the most likely person to fail at everything he tried and be cordoned off in a corner to eat Oreo cookies and play with crayons.

I walked over to him because I heard these numbers and I was like, what?

I was making $35,000 a year and I was hearing $10,000, $20,000 a month.
