Yeah.
Well oxidative stress is that it's interesting they call it the oxygen irony.
You can't live with it forever and you can't live without it for m probably more than five minutes typically.
And so you can't avoid it because your body is burning or using oxygen to create energy.
And when that happens there's oxidative damage, a reactive oxygen species.
And all of the key there is.
to either avoid the damage or repair it as quickly as possible.
So I know you did a piece on molecular hydrogen and so if anybody saw that, molecular hydrogen is a very, very good antioxidant.
It's quite brilliant as an antioxidant.
So it prevents damage.
It can't repair any damage.
All it can do is prevent it.
So you really need to repair the damage as well.
You want to prevent as much as you can and then repair it.
And that's all done, all of the repair work is done by proteins.
So that's sort of where we come in.
If we can help those proteins work better.
then you get better repair.
And then you do not suffer the damage from oxidative stress and the decline that we sometimes call aging, which is an accumulation of that damage.
uh that is you slow that down if you have better prevention and better repair.
