So if I think about the characteristics, grit, being able to really get stuck in, accountability.

So are they able to put their hands up and admit that they've done something wrong?

You can't have a yes person.

You need to make sure that there's a level of ownership there.

Are they a team player?

So are they able to get stuck in?

They need to be have the right attitude in the sense that everything is not going to go your way all the time, especially in a big organization.

You're going to be asked to do things that you might not want to do at the time.

There'll be a reason behind it.

But in order for you to

be able to be resilient enough?

Do they have the right attitude?

One thing that is important that I've realized as well is that a good salesperson doesn't necessarily mean that they're going to be a good sales leader.

Oh gosh.

Absolutely.

And if you and a lot of people get roles because of tenure.

Or they've been here a long time.

Give them a leader give them a leader or some of them don't even want to be leaders.

But they feel that's the natural progressive next stop for them.

And they feel shoehorned into doing it because that's what they should be doing after five years.
