Because we are such a mobile city, we come to you.
You know, the food comes to you.
You know, we drive, you know, hundreds of miles a day, you know, on a normal day.
Sometimes like people drive like, you know, two, three hours, four hours a day, you know, and it's just something built into our lifestyle.
You have to have wheels on all the time.
But I think the food truck itself, you have to give credit and you have to go back to the Latino immigrants that came.
It started with taco trucks for sure.
There's a little bit of hot rod culture to it.
There's a little bit of like build your own DIY.
A lot of those trucks were built themselves, you know.
It's like taking old chassis and engines from like...
like delivery trucks and things like that.
And then like retrofitting, we're still doing that, you know, retrofitting them.
And I don't think that could have happened again in any other city than LA because LA has so many, I mean, we got rules and shit, you know, like any other society, but like,
