We got caught on the counter-attack.
He was the last man and he did his very best, as a defender should, to rescue the situation.
He was very close in another game.
Another game, he might just have got a toe on the ball first and it would have saved us from conceding in that situation, so I don't blame him at all.
Yeah, I think we did.
I mean, obviously we're playing a top team.
The fact is we are not exactly the favourites when we play Liverpool, whether we play them home or away, so we know that.
And I think in the first half it was a question of really containing them well.
We'd hit the crossbar and almost scored from the return.
But the fact is there weren't that many goal chances at either end.
But we were satisfied with that, of course, until that fateful moment when, first of all, there's a free kick given against us, which we don't think is a free kick, of course, where we might have scored on the counter-attack.
But I mean, this is typical TV stuff, isn't it?
It's all about making me some sort of villain because you're asking me honest questions about what do I think and I have to give the opinion.
But then, of course, afterwards, it's just an opportunity for you to go around and ask another 30 people and get different opinions.
So really and truly, I don't like talking about refereeing decisions because I can't change them.
They obviously irritate me, they obviously anger me when it costs the team points, but then I'm just like every other manager in football, and I'm talking about managers from Sunday League up to the Premier League.
Yeah, it's a bit of a Groundhog Day moment, I suppose, but I...
Once again, I thought the players, they did extremely well.
I thought the senior players that we have in the team, they're doing a fantastic job holding the team together, helping the younger or the less experienced ones out as best they can.
The only thing that's disappointing me today or saddened me today, of course, is the fact, once again, we go away with no points.
