And, you know, I think when people are looking to furnish, you know, they get a bit stuck because they're either having to go really expensive interior design or they do it themselves.

But most people aren't.

And you look at it more from the business rent perspective, what the Airbnb or the six-month tenant would want versus what a family that's going to live there for 20 years makes.

What advice would you give to someone trying to get their first property?

A lot of people say Miami and Florida are kind of in a bubble and they're not a great time to invest.
