Paul's got a couple of problems in Lower Town after they put the light rail in.

A lot of crime is happening in St.

Paul right now.

Minneapolis is still pretty good.

But it's not Portland.

It's not Seattle.

It's not, you know, like Sixth Street in Austin.

It's none of those things.

It's a small block.

And I always said, if there's anything going on, it's going to be something in government.

It's going to be something behind the scenes that we're not seeing.

Because anytime there's a homeless encampment, we take care of it.
