He's not out there in the batter's box.

He's not out there playing a position defensively.

But at some point, if you're the New York Mets,

For everybody out there, they did fire his entire staff after their debacle last year where they missed the postseason.

They got a new pitching coach, new coaches on the staff.

He was the only one that remained.

And after a while, if there's no more heads that roll and you continue to play this way, they're not going to keep you on board just to hold things together.

And you try to figure out what that –

spot actually is.

Alright, so they've lost 11 games in a row now.

Let's say they get swept by the Minnesota Twins and it is now at 14 consecutive losses.

Do you do it then?

But that's dark.

Something's gotta change.

Minnesota Twins have been playing good baseball.

Yeah.

I mean, you're right, though.

I mean, even if it's not on him symbolically, like with all that talent, I know he can't run or hit or do any of that stuff, but a manager has to affect the game better than he has affected the game, Carlos Mendoza.

So we'll just see about him.
