They were all about how do you get rich?
And I said, there's only two ways to get rich.
You either get a job that pays you well, you live like you're poor and you invest that money into stocks and shares and index funds, things that are going to compound and make you money.
Or you get a really good job, you live like you're poor and you invest that money into building a business.
But both of those things require you to live beneath your means.
And most people aren't doing that.
And that's good for us as hairdressers because, yeah, that's not our concern.
You know that.
So I charge... Yeah, this is where I think when it comes to the services...
Unfortunately, the world we're in today, we've moved forward from rude colours, highlights and all the rest of it.
But we're pricing a full head of highlights or a lived in blonde for like £2.50 or whatever.
When actually what people are asking for is a combination of balayage, lived in blonde.
It's a bespoke service now.
It's completely different.
Like human...
It's not what it is.
And so I think as hairdressers, we often look at the services we're doing and we're like, well, that's a lot of highlights.
Well, that's lifting blonde.
And to us, we do it day in, day out.
And, you know, it's easy to us.
