He's like, Oh yeah, what do you think of Maxim Sokolovsky?

He seems to be your shadow on the ice.

And he's like, Well

And I'm paraphrasing it, but he says, He has to do something 'cause I don't think he knows how to play hockey.

Like that was that was our pick, Brady Martin, our guy on our team uh in the Kacupdul, saying, I don't think he knows how to play hockey.

So I guess they, you know, if he's covering me, then there's gonna be an opening on the ice somewhere else, uh, for someone to go and score.

So I'll I'll take the Sokolovsky of it all.

Um, but uh that's uh that's kind of what you're you're getting in Sokolovsky.

He's he's big, very big.

Yeah, Sault Ste Marie ended up winning in four games, I think.

So I think Brady Martin was proven right.

Um you know, there was there was certainly options on the ice and and Sault Ste Marie was able to to take London, a a very good OHL team, I should say, take them out in five games.

Yeah, I mean, this is this is the thing with the NHL, right?

They see big guy, they see he's got some personality.

Uh a lot of people are are very quick to jump to the last Russian defenseman, uh defensive defenseman who had personality, and that's Nikita Zodorov.

Uh Zodorov, you know, developed a lot of skills uh around his kind of size and gap control and all that, and he was able to craft a really, you know, I think unique NHL.
