So you end up in a situation where like someone like Maxim Sokolovsky comes along and you're like, wow, this is an interesting, unique profile.

Big tall guy, plays defense.

Let's see what we can do with this guy.

And I think the realization is like he is a very limited player.

So I think sticking him on a guy like Brady Martin, if he can keep up, I mean that's good.

Brady Martin's not like the fastest guy in the world, but but he is speedy compared to Sokolovsky and and Sokolovsky, you know, was able to keep up, I guess, well enough.

But in even so, Brady Martin is like, this guy can't play hockey.

So uh you'll you're just when it comes to Sokolovsky, uh

It's he's playing in a league that is is certainly a shadow of of its former self.

And so he's going to look pretty good um, you know, compared to some of the other options in the league, especially as such a big player with a unique kind of uh you know, projectable profile.

Uh so we'll just see.

The X factor is certainly gonna be his offensive development.

Uh what can he do with the puck?

Uh what can can he manipulate the puck on the ice?

Can he get it to the right person at the right time?

Uh but he's still, I think, ultimately an unknown.

But you know, the ceiling is obviously some kind of like high end uh shutdown defender like uh like a Nikita Zodorov.

So I guess we hold out hope for that.
