And so maybe we've talked about the way to do it.

Right.

Maybe what are like a few things that kind of commonly may create obstacles or landmines in the process?

And that's the difference.

So it's kind of like, you just want to kind of open the door a little bit, but they, they have to be the one to walk through.

Like, it's like, you can open the door with a question and then they'll, they'll give you a lot of data points simply by, do they hesitate?

Do they come right in?

Do they just open it a little more?

Like you'll get a lot from there and then you can continue to go.

And I think, you know,

I made this decision a long time ago, mentally.

I was struggling with some things.

I had been fired from a job that I absolutely adored and thought that I was doing a great job in.

And, you know, different things happened.

And all of a sudden, I was let go.

And the reasons are the reasons I've explained them on the show before.

We don't need to get into it.

But, like...

I had to do like a lot of come to Jesus stuff.
