I mean, you do the line. If people come up, I love that. Guys, if you're ever at one of my talks, I love it. Don't not come up. I love it. But as soon as that line is done, I want to go hide in the corner of a bar. I want an IPA. I want one IPA. I want to sit by myself, and I just want to like...
But being a quote-unquote introvert should not stop you from being a speaker or performer if that's what you desire, correct? I couldn't agree more. As an introvert as well, right? I always say God's great sense of humor is that I'm an introvert.
Convince you that you're not supposed to be a speaker. Some of the best speakers are absolutely introverts who've just learned to do extroverted things for an hour at a time. I agree. I think I talk to a lot of my speaker friends and a lot of them classify themselves as introverts. And I think I looked into it a little bit. And some of that, I think, also is introverts.
tend to be a little more empathetic. They tend to be a little more in tune to emotional responses. So if you're not just giving a book report, if you're actually feeding off of the audience and trying to respond to how they respond to certain things and adjust midstream to match what's hitting, what's not, et cetera, an introvert will tend to be a little more receptive and naturally
Kiitos, ettÀ katsoitte.
Mitch, I could talk to you for another three hours, my friend. This has been absolutely fantastic.
I love the authority bridge. I love this. I love the demographic, the mindset of the person, because I think this is a place that there's so many amazing professionals who have so much to share with the world that they don't because they don't know how to make this jump. Where is the place that people who are kind of listening to this and going through it right now, if they want to get deeper into your world, how do they do that? Where do they go?
Kiitos.
Even if you do not desire to have a speaking and coaching career, because I can tell you, going through these exercises, even at a minimum, they're going to open you up to ideas that you could implement in how you lead your team, how you lead meetings, even help you connect ideas that may just help you in your day-to-day life or your interactions with other people.
You know, sometimes when I'm putting together a talk in that effort, I'll have, you know, a new product idea and two new articles and a podcast that I want to go do that just come out of going through the effort. Even if that never made it into the light of day or I never performed it once, you know, going through these thought experiments can really help you in other avenues of your life. So I appreciate the hell out of you, man. Thank you so much for your time. I wish you nothing but the best. We're out of here. Peace.
It's not about being right.
It's about getting it right.
And if you can't get past that, we can't move forward.
I am so far down this AI agent rabbit hole that it's insane.
I...
I'm not technically, I'm not like a native tech guy.
Uh, I get people, people misconstrue it.
And I think, I think this is interesting.
I'm interested just in your take on this.
