AI is going to commoditize so much of what we do.

Like I was talking to another buddy the other day and he just put a new website up for a new business he started.

And he just made this side of, you know, he was he just made this side of mouth content.

Uh, oh, I really like insert this one competitor's website.

So all I did was give it to Claude Design and tell them use my brand and my language, but basically rebuild this site.

And now his new site for his business.

Looks basically the same except for different colors and slightly different light, which is one of his competitors.

It took 'em

A day to do that?

You know what I mean?

Full website from nothing to full website, you know, all built, all language, everything, all the functionality.

And, you know, so now that like you have this great web designer who knows the little tricks and hacks of conversion and landing page design, and that separates you a little bit from me who maybe doesn't have that content.

Like today, AI just mashes all that together and makes it so easy.

So how do we differentiate?

My opinion is one, I think formats like this where I think that's one of the reasons podcasting is taking off so much.

But the other side is I think in person speaking, being in their workshops, uh keynotes, you know, spending time in the same air as someone.

That comes with a premium now because the audience gets the like this person that they follow on Instagram and see I'll do this stuff or they follow them on LinkedIn or listen to their podcast or news.

Now I get to like be there with them and say, oh hey, I was at this keynote that my favorite, you know, thought leader did at this place, and it becomes
