But I think at the same time, it still allows us to make those recommendations to a client, right?

Especially when it comes to like sustainability, right?

There's a lot of different things that we put in front of that are all options, right?

There are options to the client.

We're like,

you can either do this or you don't have to, it's totally up to you.

But by spending this extra money, let's just say it's on solar or on geothermal, right?

You're going to, if you're going to be in your house for a long time, it makes a lot of sense, right?

Especially with the tax credits that are out there for that stuff.

Who knows those tax credits might be going away.

Who knows?

I don't have a crystal ball, but currently it is right.

I mean, and by showing those things and,

the client's like, okay, I know that this is the price and I'm getting probably a very, I'm getting builder pricing on these things, right?

Where if I went out as a retail client to go put geothermal or solar on my house, I probably wouldn't be getting the price that these guys are getting, which they wouldn't, right?

So they're getting that.

And yes, it's going to be more than what the original budget was if they're adding it later and they're going to get our cost plus fee on there.

But at the same time, I think,

and makes them feel okay by doing that.

And they know that it's a quality subcontractor or products and stuff that we're using.
