They might be building, again, like I said, the 1.5, maybe 1.8 range, and they're getting some of those larger margins.

But at the same time, there's also a psychology to it, I think, a little bit too, where because when you're on the fixed price side, you're always like, hey, every other penny that I spend is coming out of my pocket, right?

So it's like,

I don't want to say that they cheapen things, but it's like, you might, there could be a tendency to do that even if it's subconsciously, right.

Where on the cost plus side, right.

It's like, Hey, I'm fine.

If we spend those extra, you know, the extra $5,000, because we're going to get our cost plus our fee on top of that.

Right.

But it's also, you know, we're, we're doing what is in the best interest, I think of the client, um, what we're doing that because we're helping them make, even if it costs more money, we're like, Hey, this is,

the better route to go, right?

Versus we might, I'm not leading them down to be like, okay, you know, we're going to choose this, but I'm going to choose this because I know that my price is fixed for this.

And I know if I spend more money out of there, out of my fluff account, that I'm not going to make as much, right?

If that makes sense.

I should say too, and we do, I mean, we do all these exercises where we try to get the price down, right?

I mean, every client has a budget, right?

And I think we work very hard to get our clients put down into the budget that they wanna be at, right?

And it's almost like, and we're fine not making the Vienna, right?

I would much rather have a very happy client than somebody that felt like they were strong-armed into spending more money, you know, like because they thought the builder wanted to make more feet.

That is the last thing I want to do, right?
