We just got from our cabinet, you know, a couple of our cabinet suppliers.

I already got like three or four different emails today about, you know, like tariff increases, you know, here they're coming and they are going to happen now.

Right.

And so they're all just like,

you know, anything that's coming from Canada, right?

And Minnesota where we're in, we're on the Canadian border.

So a lot of our, our lumber comes from there.

A lot of, you know, our window suppliers, some of them are up there, right?

It's like, just think across the board, all of a sudden you're, you know, you have a hundred thousand dollar window order and all of a sudden that went up by 25%.

Yeah.

On top of, on top of if Canada is going to do a retaliatory tariff of another 15%, I'm like, well, so you look at 30, 40%, right?

And you're like, okay, if you've,

I have, if you got everything all specs out, you're ready to order the windows.

You might have to go to a totally different window supplier too, right?

I mean, it's, there's all sorts of things that can happen and then that just delays everything or makes everything cost more.

So, so yeah, go ahead.

There are definitely.

I mean, I've talked to many cost post builders and some of the different retreats and things that I've done.

And, you know, some of them are.

They're making those.
