I mean, we just can't, it's just physically not possible.

I mean, and it's like, we obviously still have to make money as a company, but all these other subcontractors, you can only beat them up so many times, right.
For on a particular job.
And I mean, we've, we've had to do this before and then we've had clients that just to, you know, politely, I think, but they're just like, you know what, this just doesn't, we're not gonna be able to do it for this price, you know?
And then they might go buy something existing.
I mean, we've had people do that many times.
Um,
not many times, but we've had several of those, I'd say probably over the past six years, I think.
It's just having them, obviously it's heartbreaking when they do that because there's a lot of work that goes in up front, but we're collecting a fee during the design phase and stuff to make sure that our time is covered.
But we would rather, I would much rather have that painful type of conversation with them up front
than have it at the end of the project.
Right.
Where they might be like, well, we're not going to pay that or we don't have the money to be able to pay that.
Right.
I mean, that's a much tougher situation.
Right.
