You know, we currently don't use the PO system.

I definitely think that could definitely help with that.
It would probably, you know, obviously it kind of locks them more into a price, but there's outs that all those
vendors have especially some of the bigger ones i feel like you know so it's like they but i mean they we have very good vendors too that great job about warning us ahead of time to those things you know a lot of times you'll get a really nice a nice but kind of firm email from just saying hey just be prepared for this because this is i i mean you would not believe the ones we got during covet right there was a lot of those ones where
But the funny part is they didn't even, now it's like, at least we know the percentage, but in COVID they were just, it was that, but it was also the lead times, right?
I mean, it was, they'd say like, no, we're totally fine.
Our lead times are great, man.
We're still at 14 weeks.
And so we're planning, you know, we plan on that.
And then all of a sudden you start getting, I mean, it was like an email every three days or like, holy cow, we're sorry.
No, this is now, it's gone to 20 weeks.
Oh no, now it's gone to 28 weeks.
You know, and it's just like,
You know, we have promises that we've kept on our side, right.
To people.
And it's just like, but again, everybody was in the same boat with that.
So it was just kind of like, I think in the very beginning, when that started happening, there was a lot of angry clients across the entire industry, but then people started seeing it in the news enough where they got used to it.
